Policy

We ship from Nashville, TN within 2–4 business days of your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your items are on the way.

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Local Pickup: Available at our Nashville Farmers Market booth (select at checkout).

  • International Orders: Currently unavailable (coming soon!).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • We offer discounted return labels (cost will be deducted from your store credit).


RETURNS

We want you to love your globally inspired, handcrafted piece—but if it’s not the right fit, here’s how we can help:

Our Policy

  • Return/Exchange Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will receive store credit only (no expiration).

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and in original condition with tags attached.

What’s Not Returnable

  • Final Sale: All earrings, custom items, and anything marked Final Sale or discounted 20%+.

  • Natural Variations: All of our pieces are handmade. Slight variations in fabric, print, or stitching are not defects—they’re part of what makes your item one-of-a-kind.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

Please email returns@inblisstravel.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. If it’s our error, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or store credit.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@inblisstravel.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We'll provide return instructions and a discounted label if needed.

  3. Once your item is received and approved, we’ll issue your store credit.
